70 bedroom 4 star hotel with 50 seat restaurant and 30 seat bar is looking for a chef de partie

role: working in hard workinjg team of 6 you need to be used to working with fresh food able to run section and the kitchen on certen nights. as a food operation we are looking to produce great food but just under the rossette standard at presenat in the restaurant until we feel we are ready to push on as a hotel.

live in can be provied at £50 per week

salary 16k based on 45hrs per week 5 days out of 7
