As part of Recruitment, the FTSE 250 Company, Hays Education is entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our successful office in Swindon.
As the core of our business is working in partnership with the public sector (education) we have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively expanding our teams in existing and new locations. To support this growth we are looking for self - motivated individuals to join the Permanent recruitment partnership team (PRP)
The PRP division was established 5 years ago and last year was the fastest growing division of Hays Education. We offer a unique bespoke service to nurseries, primary and secondary schools that sign up to an exclusive 12-month agreement covering all permanent vacancies. At present we work with many schools on an exclusive basis with an 82% renewal rate.
Working as an Account Manager you will be expected to deliver campaigns for schools in the Wiltshire and Berkshire area. You will source candidates, be responsible for overall client relationship management as well as the successful delivery of each account.
