In fairly good condition, just one small scratch on the screen and the battery cover is a bit worn.

This is for the phone and a charger only, i don't have the box or instructions

I have had a bit of trouble sliding the section that holds the sim in, i secure it with a bit of tape. it doesn't effect the running or use of the phone. but wanted to mention as could be quite frustrating if you have the same trouble i did with it.
