Hays Social Care are delighted to be working in Partnership with a well known Charitable Organisation based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This organisation is currently seeking Trainee Support Workers for permanent positions to work 7 day, 24 hour shift system caring for people with wide range physical and learning difficulties and disabilities within a residential care home.

You must be willing to undertake in house and external training to NVQ level 2 standard and have a caring and compassionate nature. This organisation focuses on empowering people whilst at the same time offering care and support and you must be willing to work within this remit. Salaries being offered are circa £12,000 rising once training has been completed.
