McBaile Exclusive Catering and Event Services is a company delivering the highest standard of service and contemporary cuisine to discerning private and corporate clients throughout the South of England and beyond.

We have an ongoing temporary/casual chef position to cover weddings, events, private dinner parties etc. available for the right applicant.

STARTING IMMEDIATELY!

The person we are after will possess the following qualities:

Have top level professional cookery and presentation skills with proven experience.

Have an excellent command of English.

Be more than "just a chef".

Be able to work unsupervised and to motivate yourself to reach tight deadlines and high targets.

Be personable, energetic, have great communication skills and be able to relate to our clients face to face.

Be able to put yourself "in the clients shoes" to provide them with the best level of service.

Have a "can do" attitude with initiative and a desire to provide the best levels of presentation, service and attention to detail.

Be well presented, articulate and discreet (THIS IS A MUST!)

Be Creative and able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and work environment.

Have a solid background in restaurants/hotels or private catering positions.

Be able to provide solid references. It would be a bonus if you have samples/photos/press coverage of your work.
