Hi we are a family of 4 (two children under 3) who urgently require a property in Old Town. We have an outdoor cat so no animals in the house and with young children so the house woud be non-smoking.

We would love a garden and a garage would be a bonus, but we're flexible and willing to have a look at anything which may be appropriate.

My family is from Swindon and are looking for a long term let. We can provide landlord/empoyment references going back 15 years and I'm happy to provide personal references as required. I have recently lost my job and we are in reciept of housing benefits (so the rent in guaranteed) but shoud be working again very soon.
