Food and Beverage Manager – Swindon Wiltshire

Excellent opportunity for a experienced Food and Beverage manager with a bubbly personality and excellent customer service skills required to work within a local private Health and Fitness club.

The Restaurant area consists of a licensed bar and large relaxed style seating area with facilities for functions. The food is of an excellent standard and cooked fresh on the premises.

As an already experienced manager your role will be to not only ensure smooth running of the bar and restaurant but to also to be involved in promotions and special events.

Although this is a hands on role you will also be expected to have an excellent knowledge of all paperwork and back of house procedures including cash banking, budgets and costing, stocktaking and ordering, staff rotas and profit and loss procedures.

Salary £20,000 - £30,000
