Hello our name is colin and maxine and we are currently looking for a 3 bed house to rent in chippenham, wiltshire. We are looking to move to be near family. We are currently recieving housing benefit so someone who is willing to accept housing benefit is essential for maximum of 6 months. Please DO NOT be put off by the fact we'll be getting help with our rent as as soon as we move to the area we will be looking for a work and will be covering the rent ourself. We have 3 young sons, so a garden is a must (no courtyard). We are a clean and tidy family who will accept part-furnished or unfurnished. The condition of the property is not essential, as it would be nice to be able to decorate as we are looking for a LONG term let, the only thing we would like in top condition is the bathroom and kitchen, for obvious hygiene reasons and having 3 young children. We would be able to pay a SMALL deposit but not much as the property we live in now has hold of £850 of ours which is used as deposit on this place. We are willing to hand the deposit over once my landlord has the keys back for this place. PLEASE NOOOOOO TIMEWASTERS!
