My client is a world leading software and services company who specialise in CRM, ITSM and HelpDesk software.
Due to continued growth, they currently require an experienced Client Relations Manager.
This position is responsible for the coordination and relationship management (UK & EMEA) in order to resolve customer concerns and proactively build stronger relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Relations Manager will coordinate, manage, and escalate time sensitive or troubled customer issues identified by the customer, support, sales or services and ensure that these issues are promptly processed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Client Relations Manager - Skill Requirements
* Ability to think Independently and work with minimal direction
* Independent decisions are made daily. Examples of typical decisions without manager consultation: Contact appropriate internal resources to resolve customer issues. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer's timeframe for resolution is met. Provide a support team with ideas and/or suggestions for timely issue resolution
* Ability to build relationships in order to leverage resources outside of Support
* Effective organization and time management.
* Creative thinking in order to contribute ideas to promptly resolve escalated issues.
* Business Travel. (Business travel of approximately 10 percent yearly is expected for this position.)
Client Relations Manager - Experience
Typically has at least five years in Customer Support, Customer Service in IT-related fields.
Client Relations Manager - Desired Specific Skills and Certifications:
Bilingual is required, fluent German and/or French and English is required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to develop strong business relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Ability to determine the root cause of an issue to prevent future escalations.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain composure and work under pressure.
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and navigate effectively within the organization to obtain resources as required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
