Are you an experienced Carpenter or Joiner qualified to NVQ level 3 or Advanced Craft?
Are you interested in developing your skills further and passing on your knowledge to apprentices and improvers?
A carpenter/joiner with a wealth of knowledge is needed to teach 14-18 year olds at a renowned expanding local FE College. Enthusiasm and positive motivation is key to get the right information and skill across to those who are looking to learn this vital trade and pursue a career within the construction industry.
The Job Description:
* Teach and assess a range of students to NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
* Training on Teaching Qualifications and Assessor Awards
* Be instrumental in the growth of the construction department.
The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Advanced Craft in Carpentry & Joinery.
* NVQ Assessors Award (D32/D33 or A1 Award)
* Teaching Qualification preferred but not essential
