Our emphasis is very much on quality. Due to expansion and stable growth, we are now looking to employ a Manager for our new Cardiff opening.

For us, the right candidate will have experience within the following areas of hospitality / cafe / restaurant management area.

Man management & training / recruitment of staff
Cost and Budget control
Food Safety
Health & Safety
Admin
Purchasing & Ordering
Marketing & Promotions

As well as having the above experience working as a Manager within a coffee shop / restaurant area, you will also need to have very good man management experience where you have run and been responsible a team of people. This includes rotas, training, discipline, recruitment, shift patterns, health & safety etc

We are offering a highly competitive starting salary of £23000 plus a genuinely achievable bonus structure which includes a £250 Quarterly bonus plus 5% of anything over and above the net profit...
