Our client is a beautiful rural boutique hotel set in the Berkshire country side looking for a chef de partie
This small hotel is in the countryside so you will need transport

YOUR ROLL


You will be working 5 days out of 7 and a 45 hour week.
You will have a good understanding of fresh food in a fine dining restaurant using locql produce

You will need a passion for food and presentation.

Salary is up to £16,500
