Our client, a leading company in their field, is looking for an extremely motivated individual who strives to be number 1 in their team. The successful applicant will have previous target achieving experience in a consultative, full sales cycle environment, for a minimum of 2 years.
This role will involve the full sales cycle where you will cover the M4 Corridor as your Territory and will be expected to win new business (as well as lapsed) through business development activity. You will manage any won accounts for a period of 3-6 months in order to maximise revenue generation, then handing over to an Account Manager allowing you to concentrate on new business.
It is expected that you will arrange and attend around 10-15 meetings per week, and so your ability to cold call to generate these meetings will be key.
If successful you will be invited to spend a week long training period, which will involve a trip to one of the smaller British Isles.
An excellent package of £25K to £30K basic plus a commission structure which will see earnings rise to around £46K just for hitting target, but is UNCAPPED. Mobile phone and Laptop provided, travel expenses to be reimbursed although a company credit card will be provided.
