I currently run an Indian food store which has been extended heavility to now include cafe/restaurant area and fully fitted large kitchen. However, change in personaly circumstances mean that I am not able to take advantage of the cafe/restaurant area. I think this is a real opportunity for others to exploit and benefit from. You can of-course expand on the current business or concentrate on a quality cafe business or run a high class restaurant. This could be any cuisine - English, Indian, Italian, Chinese, French??
