Sous Chef required for food led village/country pub offering first class cuisine.

This is an established operation which is locally renowned for its quality and service, it's also received a number of accolades for its offering.

The style of food is predominantly Modern British with an eclectic mix from various world influences. Absolutely everything is made on site so applicants will need to have worked in a similar kitchen in order to be considered.

This is a real team environment, the Head Chef believes strongly in a close-knit team whereby all members support and encourage each other.

As a SOUS CHEF it is vital when it comes to achieving the standards that the clientele have come to expect.

We are looking for a genuine foodie, dedicated and passionate about good quality seasonal food. The successful applicant must be able to perform under pressure, along with a "can do" attitude/approach to work.

In return our client is offering the perfect SOUS CHEF a salary of £20,000 with 2 days of per week.
