This car has been such a surprise. I would never have considered a Jag. Had heard they were unreliable. Then I looked into the X300 models - 1995 to 1997. Discovered they are the most sought after and reliable of cars on the road. So I went ahead and bought one. It's been a dream of a car. TOTALLY reliable, smooth, quiet, comfortable. I'll never "diss" Jag again.


THE GOOD NEWS
135,000 miles, 12 months MOT and 6 months road tax, 4 new tyres, full engine service one months ago and over £600 spent last month at Classic Car Management on new front suspension. Serviced religiously at 12, 20, 31, 40, 58, 69, 79, 87, 96, 104, 109, 121 and 133 miles. 4 Doors, Petrol, British Racing Green. ABS, Climate Control, Alloy wheels, Anti theft system, Central locking, Power assisted steering, computer, windows and mirrors and luxurious electric cream leather interior. Drives superb and has been very well maintained.
BONUS - One month ago I purchased a set of genuine BMW 5 Series M Sport 17 inch alloy wheels and new tyres for this car. The fit is interchangeable. They look fantastic, come with the original wheels (worth 2-300 pounds)and are worth well over 700 pounds.

THE BAD NEWS
Someone ran into the back of this car, damaging the back bumper and slightly denting the bootlid. The bumper is readily available on eBay for around 120 pounds.

I have to sell this car just as I've spent so much money (always convenient timing!) as we're heading back to Australia. I have loved this car, and have no doubt the new owner will be very happy indeed.

I have not got the time, but why not sell the wheels and get yourself a gorgeous Jag for silly money?
